Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

Williamsville is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Williamsville is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. As someone who works on the corporate side of the hospitality industry, I was disappointed by my experience with the purple hair girl ,The front-of-house staff should be properly informed and knowledgeable about the products they are selling, as well as trained to effectively communicate with customers. I asked an employee about a particular product, and unfortunately, she was unable to provide any information or answer my question. This lack of product knowledge made me hesitant to make the purchase, so I ultimately decided to put the product back. Providing excellent customer service requires both strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the products being offered. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration and provides additional training to ensure customers receive the level of service they deserve.

They use the same work station for doordash as in person. I wasted 30 minutes. Chipotle figured this out with two separate teams for online or in person. Don't waste your time sitting around for the doordashers to get served first. Just order online.

Parking is located to the rear of the building. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially helpful since it was my first visit and I had no idea what I wanted. They walked me through the menu and made great recommendations. I ordered the Dancing Days Salad, a fresh and flavorful mix of greens, chicken, strawberries, goat cheese, mint, citrus-glazed walnuts, and white balsamic vinaigrette. Every ingredient tasted vibrant and perfectly balanced. I also tried the Twist and Shout Smoothie with raspberries, blueberries, peanut butter, banana, flax, cinnamon, apple, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. I added whey protein, and it was exceptional, rich, refreshing, and packed with nutrition. Both the drink and the salad were outstanding. I will definitely be returning and bringing friends along to introduce them to these amazing, nutritious options.

I want to preface this and say that I am usually a HUGE squeeze fan, we come here almost weekly. Today we went and picked up our order and when we got home I realized my redemption song bowl (which is usually a vibrant green as in the picture on the website below) was a dark green-brown color. It tasted off, like something was bad or something extra was put in it. I ate all of the toppings because for the $15 price point I didn’t want to throw the entire thing away. But I just couldn’t eat the smoothie, something was wrong with it. I did call and spoke with the manager about something being off with the bowl. She did explain that she was the one who made the bowl herself and the recipe hadn’t changed. I am just disappointed for the $15 price point that it wasn’t up to par. Usually every time I come here they knock it out of park. But today this bowl and experience left me with a sour taste (literally and figuratively). Update: I returned again and although I did not get a redemption song bowl, my husband got a landslide bowl, my son got a 3 little birds smoothie, and I got a β€œWe got the Beet” juice and hotel California salad with chicken. It was all phenomenal! I am changing my r
